I offer groups focused on a range of topics, including anxiety, depression, and mood management. Offered groups use evidence-based therapy modalities to help members build skills and tools to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

First Responders and Healthcare Workers
I recognize the essential work of First Responders and Health Care Workers. For the past two years I have worked with police responding to mental health/911 calls and the past five years in an emergency department. I offer specialized treatment for burnout, vicarious trauma, workplace trauma, and other unique experiences specific to front line staff. Treatment plans are crafted to be client-focused and developed with empathy and compassion in mind. I use Narrative Therapy and other solution-focused techniques to help you overcome any challenges and develop effective coping mechanisms that work for you, at a pace that is comfortable. Your sense of safety and privacy are of utmost importance to me and before we begin, I will assure all your questions and concerns have been addressed to the best of my ability.

I work collaboratively with families to identify areas of conflict and develop strategies to improve communication and build understanding. The goal is to support families in building healthy and positive relationships.

Trauma therapy services help individuals who have experienced trauma to process their experiences and build resilience. I use evidence-based therapy modalities to help clients build coping skills and develop strategies to manage symptoms of trauma. The goal is to support clients in healing and building a positive and fulfilling life.

Narrative therapy services help individuals explore and reframe their personal stories to find meaning and purpose in their lives. I use evidence-based therapy modalities to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and build a positive self-narrative. The goal is to support clients in building a sense of empowerment and agency in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is designed to help you understand and manage your thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and physical symptoms in response to situations. By being aware of our thought and behaviour patterns, we can change the way we think. You can change the way you feel and react thus leading to improved problem-solving skills and increased confidence. CBT is one of my favourite therapy modalities because we all benefit from developing the skills learned in CBT. I combine CBT with relaxation strategies to fully incorporate the learned skills.
